This exhibition will certainly give rise to some perplexity, if not controversy.

It is not a simple painting exhibition in the most common sense of the term. In a way, it is even "against the current." It is, above all, the point of convergence of various personal motivations and concerns of an intimate, cultural, and civic nature.

By presenting a set of works that always address the same theme – THE CHAFARIZ DOS CANOS – he intends to speak of his affective relationship with the land where he was born; to stimulate in the observer an openness to different codes of representation, to different ways of seeing; to share with others his obsession with painting and commitment to defending the cultural values ​​of this city.
